The engineering plastic material PA6+GF is used in some special industries along with everyday use. For example, PA6-GF30 products can meet users’ requirements in industry and daily life for its high strength, superior heat resistance, good impact resistance and excellent dimensional stability.

- Our solution: Although it is difficult to carry out molding treatment on product surfaces, we will make a comprehensive preliminary simulation of the product based on our previous experiences. By utilizing analysis software, we can carefully determine the design structure of the mold. After molding, the surface and deformation of products will be debugged by a streamlined debugging method that corresponds to the engineering plastic material.
